Love is...

Helping them when they are sick.
Watching crappy TV just to be near each other
Playing games you suck at because the other person loves to play.
Listening to Peter Cetera for at least two songs because it means something.
Praying for patience when you know it will be put to the test.
Cleaning the bathroom so the other one doesn't have to.
Listening when you are so tired you can't even focus anymore.

I love that love can be a feeling. I also know that it is how we make the other ones life a little better. I miss my husband. I know that he is growing and learning and becoming more of the man that God wants him to be. So I will love him from afar and look forward to the day he comes home. I will then show him how God has grown me while he was gone.
